This kit is designed with 6 to 8 people in mind and it contains cheeses that go perfectly with summer fruit, along with smoky prosciutto and tasty extras. If you opt for this kit, you get:

  • 4 ounces of Kinderhook Creek Mini (creamy sheep’s milk cheese) from Old Chatham Creamery in New York;
  • 4 ounces of Prairie Breeze (white cheddar) from Milton Creamery in Iowa;
  • 4 ounces of Capra Stanislaus (semi-hard goat’s milk cheese) from Nicolau Farms in California;
  • 3 ounces of Prosciutto Di Parma from Italy;
  • 6 ounces of Sea Salt Crackers from Rip Rap Bakery in Pennsylvania;

The Summer Cheese & Charcuterie Collection kit costs $64.99 and the Deluxe Summer Cheese & Charcuterie Collection kit comes at the price of $104.99. Both kits can be purchased via the Blue Apron website (the Market section) starting May 1, 2019. Ordering does not require a subscription. More collections may become available in the near future.
