Changing Your Gousto Meal Plan

Canceling Your Gousto Subscription
If your circumstances require that you take a break, you may pause your subscription. Here is how:

- Select the ‘Subscription’ tab;
- Now select ‘Pause your Subscription’ at the bottom of the page.
You will need to pause by noon 3 days before your next delivery for this change to go into effect. If not, you will still receive your next box (but you will not receive any more after that until you reactivate your subscription).
If you do not want any more boxes in the near future, you do not have to delete your account. As long as you pause your subscription (and do not order any boxes), Gusto will not send or charge you for any more deliveries.
However, if you do want to delete your account for good, please follow the steps below:
- Log into your account via the website or app;
- Select the ‘Details’ tab;
- Look for the ‘Cancel Your Account’ section.
It is important to note that if you delete your account, you will lose the record of all the recipes you have cooked.
